1. Submit Your Prescription Information
Use our secure portal to provide the prescription medications you currently take. Please complete the information as accurately and promptly as possible so our team can prepare your review.
2. We Review Your Prescription Drug Coverage
Once we receive your information, the Bixler Insurance team will review your prescriptions and compare them with the prescription drug coverage options we offer for the upcoming plan year.
We will look for changes that may affect your prescription coverage or costs, including formulary changes, deductibles, copays, premiums, and other plan features.
3. We’ll Contact You With the Next Step
If our review indicates that another coverage option may be appropriate to consider, a member of the Bixler Insurance team will contact you to schedule an appointment. During that conversation, we’ll review the available options and discuss any potential changes with you.
If our review indicates that no change is necessary, our customer service team will contact you to let you know.
